Register to participate in the Elderbrew Cafe Trunk-or-Treat! This registration is for businesses, organizations, individuals, and vendors who would like to participate in the event.

Choose How You Would Like to Participate
Trunk-or-Treat Spaces
Businesses, organizations, and individuals can register for an outdoor trunk space and give out candy to children attending the event.
- Bring your own vehicle.
- Bring enough candy to distribute during the event.
- Decorating your vehicle for Halloween is encouraged.
- Bring any tables, chairs, decorations, or other supplies needed for your setup.
- Costumes are encouraged but not required.
Trunk-or-Treat spaces are intended for participants giving out candy during the event.
Vendor Spaces
Vendor spaces are available for businesses and individuals who would like to sell merchandise during the event.
Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup unless otherwise stated for their selected space.
Indoor Tables – Collectibles Vendors Only
Indoor table spaces are exclusively for collectibles vendors.
Examples of merchandise appropriate for an indoor table include:
- Pokemon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other trading cards
- Comic books
- Action figures and collectible toys
- Anime merchandise
- Video games and gaming merchandise
- Sports cards and memorabilia
- Other related collectibles
Please do not select an indoor table if your primary products are not collectibles or related merchandise.
Outdoor Vendor Spaces
Outdoor vendor spaces are available for other approved vendor categories. Outdoor vendors must bring everything required for their setup, including any tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other equipment.
Important Information
- All participants must be set up and ready before the event begins at 5:00 PM.
- Participants are responsible for keeping their space clean and safe.
- Vendors are responsible for any licenses, permits, tax registrations, certifications, or insurance required for their business or products.
- Vendors may not sell drinks of any kind. Beverage sales are reserved exclusively for Elderbrew Cafe.
- Registration is for the selected space and does not include additional equipment unless specifically stated.
Please select the appropriate participation option when registering. Space is limited, and registration is required to reserve a spot.
