Reserve your weekly vendor spot for the Elderbrew Cafe Saturday Collectibles Market. Please contact us to see which table spots are available and to claim an inside table.
- $40-50 per week introductory price so claim your spot now!
- Weekly recurring vendor reservation of your retail spot.
- There is no contract. You can keep your spot as long as you’d like and cancel anytime according to the vendor terms.
- One numbered vendor spot reserved for the Saturday market
- Vendor spots are first-paid, first-reserved
- Food vendors are only permitted outside. Please do not select an inside table.
By purchasing this vendor spot, you are agreeing to be charged $40-50 each week starting July 11th, 2026 to reserve your selected spot for the Saturday market. Your subscription will continue weekly unless it is canceled according to the subscription terms. No long-term commitment. Keep your spot for as long as you’d like and cancel anytime through the website using the Vendor Dashboard.
Market Schedule
- Market Day: Saturday
- Market Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Vendor Setup: Vendors may arrive as early as 9:30 AM

All vendors should be fully set up using their own equipment and ready before the market opens.
Vendor Space Options
- Indoor Vendor Table: Collectibles Vendors Only. 6ft table space located inside the building. These tables are reserved for collectibles.
- Outside Porch Table: 6ft table space located on the porch. Access to power. Vendors must bring their own power strip and cord.
- Outdoor Vendor Booth: 10x10ft booth space located outside
Vendors must bring their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, weights, and anything needed to operate safely.
Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor is responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning up their own space. Vendors are also responsible for their own products, inventory, payment processing, sales tax, permits, licenses, and any other requirements related to their business or sales activity.
Refund Policy
All $50 weekly vendor payments are non-refundable if the vendor pays for a spot and is unable to attend, set up, or participate in the event. This policy is in place because once your spot is reserved, that space is held for you and may not be available to another vendor until you cancel your subscription in your vendor dashboard.
How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your subscription and resign from your spot, please login to your account dashboard before Monday to avoid being charged for the next week and click cancel on your subscription.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Elderbrew Cafe due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or another extenuating circumstance that prevents the market from taking place.
Holiday Schedule
The Elderbrew Cafe Saturday Collectibles Market does not operate on holidays. If the market is closed for a holiday, vendors will not be charged the $75 weekly vendor fee for that week or will receive an adjustment when applicable.
Vendor Insurance and Liability
By reserving a vendor spot, the vendor understands and agrees that Elderbrew Cafe, its owners, members, employees, representatives, property owners, and event organizers are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property, inventory, money, equipment, displays, tents, tables, chairs, vehicles, or personal items.
Vendors participate at their own risk. Elderbrew Cafe is not responsible for injuries, accidents, falls, weather-related damage, property damage, theft, vendor disputes, customer disputes, product issues, or any harm that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe setup and are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Prohibited Items
Vendors may not sell counterfeit items, fake items, stolen goods, resealed products represented as factory sealed, weapons, drinks, alcohol, or prohibited items unless specifically approved in writing by Elderbrew Cafe.
Market Rules and Vendor Approval
Elderbrew Cafe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, move, or remove any vendor or vendor setup for safety, compliance, space, weather, event flow, or other business reasons.
By purchasing this weekly vendor spot, you agree to follow all Elderbrew Cafe Collectibles Market rules and understand that your reservation is for vendor space only. It does not create an employment relationship, partnership, lease, tenancy, or guarantee of sales.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, tax registrations, certifications, insurance, or approvals required to operate their business. By participating in the market, vendors certify that they are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, parish, and local laws and regulations.
